Accepting that you have a problem with alcohol can be overwhelming, but denying it and the problems associated with it can actually make things worse.

Alcohol affects every part of the body and in time can have damaging effects.

Withdrawal symptoms such as shakiness, sweating, upset stomach and anxiety are suffered as a result of compulsive drinking.
