I have a wealth of experience working with adults and children of all ages and from diverse backgrounds.

Working with Addictions:

I have extensive experience working with addictions having worked for the last seven years as a Counsellor for Compulsive Gamblers with Gamcare – the National Association for Gambling Care, Education and Resources Training.

As a Group Facilitator I have run groups for Compulsive Gamblers.

Also as a Group Facilitator I have run groups for the divorced and separated.

I currently work with people with alcohol problems for a Clinic in Central London.

I offer short term and long term Counselling/Therapy for individuals and couples covering a broad range of issues.

I work Psychodynamically and with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy using the approach which best suits the individual. This flexibility offers clients the opportunity to optimise the positive beliefs from each.
